PY –
Was easy to find the part I needed for my window and very reasonably priced. I had the shop put it on
Scott dubeck –
Easy to install
Larry Davis –
Good service….great price
M. Sayers –
Fixed the rear right window on my W-body car. Both right windows have now broken the same way: the plastic where the cable attaches has gotten brittle with age and breaks. The window then drops.
This one doesn’t include the motor. If your motor still spins, this is the better option because the new motors are less powerful and short-lived. It’s easy to swap the motor over.
Fairly easy to install, look for youtube videos. The screws on my door panel under the pull handle are T30 heads and point upward at an angle.
Fit was not quite exact, the mounting holes seem slightly off, but I was able to get the bolts in it, and it works.
Do yourself a favor, get a can of track lubricant and lube it up to help prevent a repeat failure.
