The starter was the right one and worked, but my review is on the shipping—or rather, the lack of it. I run a business, and a customer needed the starter. If I ordered the item within 8 hours, it would be delivered the NEXT DAY, so I took the job. I pulled the vehicle on a lift and took the old starter off—and NOTHING. It was late evening the following Monday.
Five days late. NO HOLIDAYS OR OTHER DISTRACTION. The customer was livid because they were traveling for Thanksgiving and had no car. I was livid because I paid a hefty penny for the PRIME shipping. This has become a lie, and I, for one, am tired of it.
