I purchased the OCPTY Front Complete Struts Spring Assembly Shocks Struts for my 2013 Nissan Rogue in late July. After installation, I noticed a strange noise coming from the front of the car whenever I drove over bumps or dips. Concerned, I took my car to a mechanic, and he confirmed that the struts were faulty and recommended replacing them.
I reached out to a mechanic for a solution, and he advised me to contact the seller for a warranty replacement. I am disappointed to have encountered this issue so soon after purchasing, and I would like assistance in receiving a replacement under warranty.
Please advise on how I can proceed with a warranty claim or arrange for a replacement set.
Update: It’s been one week since I posted my original review, and I have yet to receive any response or support from the seller. This is unacceptable, especially for a product that is supposed to be reliable.
Warning to Potential Buyers: Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or this seller. The lack of response and support after receiving a faulty product is extremely frustrating. If you value customer service and reliability, I would suggest considering other options. A reliable set of struts is critical for vehicle safety, and unfortunately, this product has been a major disappointment. Proceed with caution if you’re thinking about purchasing from this seller.
