Both items were bad parts. Once the parts was the parts was replaced with new spark plugs and coils, SUV start running smoothly as normal.
Furthermore, Amazon should change the to rate a seller. If it was TRASH items that was sold to the buyer, THEIR RATE OF SATISFACTION WOULD BE NOTHING! You don’t get awarded for scamming people!
