Needed for header install on GTO. Works great.

One of these lasted two days and failed, the wires were not pinched or burned on anything. The O2 was sitting at 1.2 volts and causing the left bank to run rich. Tried new O2s, its either in the plug or the wiring of the extension. I needed one and bought a two pack, and swapping it for the other has fixed the problem for now… I will also add this is on a newer car with no codes or issues whatsoever, that does not get driven in the winter.
