I’m truly satisfied with this battery’s value and performance. It was a breeze to install, and I’m particularly pleased with its ability to prevent acid corrosion, which promises a longer lifespan. These are the felt washers you would expect, they are well made and come pre-oilled with a corrosion inhibitor (I recommend wearing gloves when handling them, as far as I know it’s not damaging or poisonous but never heard to play it safe). One thing worth noting is that both terminal protectors are black, so you naturally you can’t color code the positive terminal. (nor can you install them backwards!)

OMG these work wo ders. I have 2018 nissan maxima sv. And I have replaced battery and terminals and I have had bad corrosion around my battery no matter what I do. I bought these suckered for like 9p some cent OMG best purchases ever they do what the say they do in the description and they work very well I have had them on for a month and they still working no corrosion on my car battery. Some people don’t take the extra time to clean up terminals, posts, and add any protection to their battery terminals. I do. These beneath any battery terminal will help prevent corrosion from building, but there is no magical product to eliminate it entirely.
I would rather not deal with a failed terminal connection, because it always happens at the worst possible time – and this is cheap insurance for a job well done.
I prefer these over the green/red felt washers, they seem to hold up better in extreme environments.
