The motor went out prematurely on my window, and the price to replace it at the dealer was INSANE!! I looked up a few videos online, and decided it wouldn’t be too difficult to replace myself. I’ve always been pleased with the brand, and the price was fantastic, so I went for it! About an hour later, everything works as it did when it was new. I’m very happy I went this route instead of going through the dealer!!

Relatively simple replacement, though it does take some mechanical knowledge and tools (though YouTube videos can be a great help). Good quality, especially for the money, works well, a great value. Recommended

This a tough call. OEM mopar can be had for about double. But install the first time you do one is a real PITA of 90 mins minimum. Realistically, 2 hours. This generic definitely has several drawbacks. It is noticeably slower going up and down than the 2017 old factory OEM on the other side of my JK. It also has more plastic, including the main gear which is metal from factory and plastic in this generic. So depending on condition of your wallet compared to your amount of spare time, the risk may not be worth it.
