Quality OEM replacement. Good instructions. Easy to install.

These had a great price, though not the cheapest. I selected them because NGK has been a well known maker of quality spark plugs, so I figured the other ignition components they offer would also be good quality. WRONG! In less than a month. I had a failure. Fortunately, I had kept 2 of the old coils “just in case”. I swapped out the failed NGK coil with one of the old Mopar coils (with 144k miles) and correct operation returned immediately. I returned these for a refund.

So far its working good !!
Kevin Adams –
Bought because I have bought NGK items before without problems. Worked for 2 days then quit and had to send back. Bought a different brand at the auto parts store.
Jeff Barkdull –
Misfire code from two different cylinders within a year of installing on the vehicle. Replaced with original coil and it’s running fine again.
Mark Zurlo –
Purchased NGK because I thought I was getting premium quality. One of the plastic clips broke on one during install and another failed in less than 300 miles. I’ll buy a different brand if I have any more problems

This is the 3 one that’s broken still in the sealed bag. They have some Quality control issues. 3 out of 6 is terrible. The clip is broken so it doesn’t snap into the terminal.

I had to replace a coil that my mechanic soaked with anti-freeze while changing the reservoir. Replacing my old coils with NGKs significantly improved my gas milage. They’re an important component and worth the money.
