The quality of this starter is below that of several Valeo starters I’ve had. The mounting bolt holes were not accurately machined to the extent that it was very difficult to get it mounted on my 2003 Moto Guzzi. The made in China sticker was a dead giveaway to a substandard product.

So far this starter has been doing what it was designed to do, start the engine. It is an inexpensive alternative to OEM Valeo starter. Merchant shipped out quickly after order and shipment arrived on-time.
Parapliers –
It fit perfect on a 2000 Jackal and should fit on any Tonti Guzzi. Spins and starts fine. Cost less than half of the oem Valeo. Quality looks good but I am not going to pull it apart to do an in depth comparison to the Valeo.
