THE STARTER THAT I RECEIVED WAS NEW OR LIKE NEW,IT JUST HAD THE WRONG MOUNT ON THE TOP ON THE ONE I GOT AND THE ONE IN THE PICTURE,ARE BOTH THE SAME, MINE MOUNT ON THE SIDE AND NOT ON THE TOP,, I CHANGED THE TOP PIECE,AND IT BOLTED UP RIGHT,, AND WORKS GREAT,THE BEST DEAL ON THE INTERNET THAT I FOUND
