This is a fantastic replacement for the old Rochester 2gc large bore hot air choke. To install this,one needs to know what they are doing, but if you do, you will find it works exactly as intended. In my case, I had to block off the vacuum port behind the choke because it was causing runability issues. The choke itself grounds out on the carburetor and all one has to do is install it like the old choke came out except with no gasket (the gasket will keep it from grounding) and run a hot wire to the choke that comes on with the key. I will say some instructions would come in handy for some people, but in my case, it wasn’t neccesary. Let that be a warning, there were no instructions included in the package, at least, not for me. It’s an easy work-around though if one knows what they are doing, I found everything I needed included, just like the photo shows.
