This item was for my 1997 Chevy Cheyenne 1 ton rear pinion housing seal with a 10.5″ ring gear, 4:10 ratio, and 14 bolt cover differential. Although the “Amazonconfirmedfit” said it would fit, it does not. The outer dimension is correct. However, the inner dimension is too large and will not seal against the yoke shaft. You can’t go by the product dimensions either. The dimensions they give is the size of the box the seal comes in, not the dimensions of the seal. I think Amazon and the selling company can do a better job of listing the proper dimensions. Now I’m out the funds that I paid because the return window is only 30 days and I didn’t know of this issue until the 39th day.

easy to install once you get the yoke off. You still need to order the seal for the yoke (Yukon Gear & Axle Adapter Sleeve For GM 11.5″ & 10.5″ 14 Bolt Truck Yokes To Use Triple Lip Pinion Seal) as well to complete the job.
