Was easy to instal on the fuse box. Works as it should and nothing to complain about.

Easy to use and they work very well, saving a lot of time and effort when adding a dashcam.

Wiring kit for my dash cam included the wrong tap (I miss the old days when there weren’t so many choices) so added these. It (1 needed of 5) worked and camera install was fairly straightforward from there.

When working on my GMC truck to add a hard wire radar detector. I didn’t know that it used Micro2 fuse.
My local auto store didn’t have them. So I went looking around a found then here on Amazon.
The Fuse tap work perfit and made the job easy. Well worth having in your tool box.

great item for adding a wiring tap to your fuse block ! product needs at least better explanation of how to determine which way it is inserted into the box so you get power to both fuses. U-tube videos helped me. use the corresponding fuse to go with whatever devise you are installing.

The Mirco2 version Works on 2017 Hyundai Elantra engine compartment fuse box. You have to be careful that there is enough clearance in the direction you need.
I used 2 taps, and part of a fuse, to change the power socket from Ignition controlled to Always on.
I used tap #1 to get always on power from an unused slot. On Tap #2, because of the pigtail direction that was unblocked inside the fuse box, I had to jumper the pig tail to the power lead (left the fuses out, since there was one on Tap #1). I cut open a fuse in order to take the lead from one side and bent it into a U to jumper the two slots, then covered with electrical tape. Joined Tap #1 to Tap #2, and viola! Always on power socket.
The leads on the included fuses were too wide to fit into the Tap. You would have to file them down to get them to fit. The fuses in the car fit fine. Also, two fuses would be a tight fit. The ones included had a wing on the housing above/below the amp number. That kept two from seating nicely. You would have to remove the plastic (cut or file off) in order to get 2 fuses to seat. The metal portion of the fuses seems to be aluminum, and easy to file and bend.

Vehicle: 2005 Subaru Outback Limited (H4 automatic)
Note: These come with 15A fuses. I was installing a dashcam running on USB 2.0 power, which wouldn’t even hit a full 1A, so I swapped in 5A mini-fuses. I don’t think Muhize offers this combination. However, 5A fuses are cheap to procure. This is mostly to protect the lengthy dashcam power cable, which probably could take 15A but I saw no reason to risk it.
I purchased these to power my dashcam – a Viofo A119v3 – off of the battery, specifically ACC and door locks. The taps fit very will in the fuse box, even the fuses on the taps fit over neighboring mini-fuses. They fit into the fuse box quite easily – though the ’05 Outback has plenty of space to work with. The attached wire is flexible, easy to work with, and soldered up nicely.
The fuse slots, however, are extremely tight, more so than is even typical of most fuses slots. I tried two different brands of fuses and they were tricky to seat in, I had to sort of effect a see-saw action where I’d work one leg in a little, then the other, alternating back and forth until the fuse was seated. It was the same for both pairs of slots, such that I ended up bending a couple fuses in the process. An pair of adjustable pliers didn’t help much, I had to grip the fuse tap and use it to press the fuse again the hard vinyl on the car door.
However, they seated nicely and have been holding solid for several weeks, so I have no complaints. I’d rather the slot be too tight than too loose, of course. Would recommend.

They are add a circuit, what are you expecting?
Fuses fit VERY tight but do fit, so if you are having problems.. get stronger.
I am using 3 of these in a turn signal mod which I need to tap into the trailer wiring of the bcm. The fuses are right next to each other which caused an issue with how the wires come out of the side (can’t find any that exit straight out) so I had to modify those to work but when doing mods, you gotta mod things to mod lol

Used on my truck for lights I added and I am fussy on how wiring is done I don’t want problems down the road. This is a very clean and neat way to get job done without damaging any wires

These fit perfectly in my 2015 Ford Fusion Energi. The fuses are a little tight in the slot, but easy to seat and remove with some needle nose pliers. I used them to hardwire my dashcam to ACC and Battery. I also hooked up my radar detector to ACC.
I used the bolts that hold the OBD port for ground.
You can use the fuse diagram that’s in the glovebox on Ford vehicles to determine which fuse you can tap into for ACC or Battery.
