DYI to the core –
I had very high expectations for this product. It is performing very well. It still costs a lot though. Service is very good from this vendor.
Mrs. MeL –
Good price. item came fast.
Rick from VA –
way over priced but there is no alternative
Red Ball Jets –
I found the most important thing is to use an oil filter without too much “filtration”
This is thick gear type oil labeled “Cub Cadet Drive System Fluid Plus” (part number 737-3120)
I once used a AC Delco filter and the mower wouldn’t move because the thick oil couldn’t get through the filter media.
I swapped out the Delco filter with a FRAM (PH2844) and everything worked fine.
I wouldn’t use a FRAM filter on anything else I own but for this application, it’s cheaper construction ends up being the right choice.
DM. Larson –
Great price
Trish –
Runs great
VERNA S. WARTERS –
Picture shown is a gal. But when arrived it was a gal. Very misleading ad
Patrick muder –
1 quart, NOT 1 gallon like the picture shows, way over priced for 1 quart
