This cap did fit my car ok, it was listed as compatible with my car. Upon installing I noticed it was very light and flimsy. It stayed on for a few days without leaking but it violently popped off while driving on the interstate. It made a huge mess in my engine compartment and could have led to a fire. Do not buy this.

Finally, a oil cap that fits! I’ve had a horrible time trying to find a oil cap to fit my 2014 Cruze after the original broke. I purchased two other caps from different brands, the first was so loose it had oil mist on the engine and the second was entirely wrong even though the website said it fit my car. This was by far the best one and fit like a glove. No more headache worrying about the engine leaking oil because of a bad cap. Highly recommended.

I bought several that said they would fit, this is the oil filler cap your looking for. Fits 2012 Sonic 1.8L.

I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze and this was supposed to be compatible with my car. Should have listened to the one review that said DO NOT BUY this it blows of. Went for a 5 min ride down the road, stopped checked it, it was still there thought, great it works. Drove back home, another 5 min, and there it was GONE, oil everywhere.
Does not deserve even a 1 star rating.

I had gotten a oil cap from an auto parts store and it leaked a little I ordered this one for my 2012 chevy cruze it seemed a little small but it fit perfectly especially after replacing my valve cover
