Doesn’t fit 11 Murano. BUT neither did the 1st one the parts store gave me. So NOT the companies fault!

My mixed review is for one specific reason. The cap fits my car appropriately as advertised. The problem is the tether. I searched high and low for one that looks like the one pictured in the Amazon/Motorad item description. It’s why I waited 5 days to get it delivered. But the cap sent was one with the zig zag tether that you see all over, including the local auto parts store. Again, I purchased this willing to wait because I really did not want the zig zag tether. It complicates the screwing on of the cap and gets in the way of closing the cap door. The attached photo is what was sent…the product at the top of the page has a straight tether…which was what I wanted. The price is fine, the cap works, but I bet you I end up cutting the tether off and just hang the cap on the door. It’s just a bit frustrating to be duped…or disregarded whether by Amazon or Motorad.
