I’ve always been a fan of Mothers products not only because they work well, but also because they are all super-user friendly and this wax was no exception. The product spread fairly easily and removal was a breeze. It didn’t matter if I waited 15 minutes or just 5 minutes… the product wiped off effortlessly. It almost felt like I was feathering the dried wax with a MF towel and the product still wiped off nice and clean with no streaking whatsoever. As for the shine… fantastic. Of course, the quality of your shine will be largely determined by the quality of your prep, but this wax does seem to leave a nice warm glow and my paint’s surface was as smooth as butter.
Because Mothers waxes are so easy to use, it truly does make detailing more enjoyable. In my experience, Mothers waxes generally last 2-3 months, which works nicely for me since I generally like applying every few months. Don’t fall for the hype you get from some sealants that last 6-12 months. Sure, they may last that long, but waxing your car just once or twice a year will provide sub-optimal protection for your paint.

This synthetic wax works well. IMHO it should be be last coat applied to your car. Twice a year I usually clay my car, polish it, wax a cleaner wax, then apply this product to seal it.
I regularly wash my cars and throw a quick coat is this wax on every other month. My cars look great as a result.
This wax goes on easily and buffs off even easier. Just be careful, any black trim you get the wax on needs to be wiped up immediately unless you like long lasting white smudges on it.
The protection seems very long lasting. Easily a month into application and water will still bead quickly. I find that road grime washes off quite easily as this wax seals it from the paint.

Tried the wax and did not see any water beads. After a few days of rain the car surface was very dirty. Tried to hose down expecting dirt to wash off but it didn’t.

I have always been between Mothers and Mequires products. After I polish a car I prefer to use a synthetic wax prior to placing a carnauba wax on the car. Mothers Gold Synthetic wax applies easily and comes off as easily as it was applied. It provides a nice shine by itself and is great to use. If you are looking for a quality synthetic wax look no further. My only complaint is the top of the bottle come off easily when I am trying to take the cap off. This is a minor defect and could be an isolated incident.

I like nearly all “Mothers” products and have used them for many years. When this one came out I thought I’d give it a try as my regular “Mothers” wax was discontinued here in Canada. I like this wax better than the other “Mothers” wax and now it’s all I buy to use on my vehicle. Easy to use and leaves a nice shine. Very happy with this product.

I love this wax works wonderful have been using this one for about 3 years now, before that I would use a different brand that worked good but does not compare to the long lasting effect of this mothers synthetic wax. (For best results put two coats of mothers synthetic wax followed by a coat of mothers carnauba liquid wax) I have not washed my car in the past 6 months since I did the 3 layers of wax and it still shines nicely, all I have to do is rinse it down with the garden hose every 2 weeks and dry it with a chamois towel and it’s good. The car is my daily driver but when I get home it does go in the garage and even at work it’s always in the car port that why wax lasts long on my car. My wife’s car gets same wax treatment but last a good 3 months since her car is always outside in the elements. I love working and detailing my cars and trucks

I used this for the first time and was not disappointed. Easy on, easy off. Leaves incredible shine. I normally use Meguiar’s synthetic wax, and comparing the two, Mother’s leaves a better shine, but the Meguiars leaves a deeper shine and brings the metallic paint out. I recommend either one.

The product was true to form. Easy on and easy off. No elbow grease to buff it out. Just came off will little or no powder residue hardly at all. I used just one towel to buff it out. My truck has a deep shine.

I have been using this Synthetic Wax for 10+ years. It is easy to apply and wipes off easily. I have applied both by hand and using an orbital polisher. Only add a little wax as possible. If the wax is overapplied, the removal can get difficult because the wax may be sticky or build up on the wipe rag/bonnet. The synthetic was lasts longer than most waxes I have tried. This is my #1!
