this was one of 4 struts purchased 3 are working fine but the right rear is
having a clicking noise over bumps
the problem is once installed how do you get an exchange i can not even see the sellers name
so im stuck with it

The brand name is only written on the box, it is not written on the strut itself though. Also, the diameter of the spring is different from the diameter of the spring that I had installed/stock on the car.

The struts are more rigid than the ones they replaced. As result, the suspension is more bumpy.

I purchased 2 rear monroe quick struts January 2022 for a 2004 camry and is driven about 70 miles a day to go to work plus driving it all over Los Angeles county almost everyday and there still holding strong today November 5 2022.

I brought these Monroe strut to replace my old Auto Shack strut , the auto shack strut is so noise making a ticking noise when go on rough road , I only have it for 4 month but the noise was there as soon as I install them . Want to replace with KYB shock from Amazon.ca but didn’t ship to Canadian address what ever the reason can’t understand! So I got this Monroe quick strut since to solve the tricking noise so far so good , will update after a few month , but both side ride height have a half inch different !

Purchased these shocks and installed them onto a 2006 Lexus ES330. At first was impressed with the ride quality – however, after about 30 days started to notice a deterioration in the ride quality – it is now Nov 2nd and they have exactly 2700 miles on them and it feels like there is NO shocks – ride quality is abysmal and you can feel every little pebble in the road – do NOT buy this junk – they are NOT worth the money spent and shoudl be thrown off the site

I purchased all 4 quick struts for my 2005 Toyota Camry LE. Just watched some videos on YouTube and went to it. I’m not a mechanic, so if I can do it, I think you can, too.
My car was making funny noises from the rear and after I replaced the two in the rear, it was gone. Then after I replaced the two in front, I realized how worn they were. It’s hard to notice the gradual degradation or strut performance unless you drive different cars often or if the damage is severe.
Anyway, wow, I am happy with the performance of these things. We’ll see how long they last.

Bought some cheap off brand quick struts, but ride was so horrible I went ahead and replaced them with these. Ride quality is great now, much quieter too.

Overall the install was rather simple if you are handy and mechanically inclined. Change the fronts first then a few months later the rears. The old car rides and handels like it did when it was new. Would definitely buy these again.
