Fixit Jake –
These are advertised as complete, however, neither of mine showed up with the bearing plate bolts. If you need to go out and buy bolts, get the following size:
m6-1.0 x 15 mm or 20 mm length (you may need to trim for length with 20 but they’re easier to start)
There is also a GM part number for these bolts, 15225136, but I wasn’t able to find any (plus they’re listed at 5+ dollars a piece.) The 8 bolts you’ll need will probably be under 5 dollars if you just get the right size from the auto parts store.
I was unable to use the previous cap bolts from the old setup because of corrosion.
After that issue was out of the way the install went perfectly. No issues whatsoever with the product once installed. They ride great and now my steering returns to center!

no problems with install 2006 Saturn Ion 3 and they ride nice car feals planted to the road I really like that feeling

These fit my 2006 Saturn ion. I bought two as you should replace in pairs. 1 of the Quick struts did not come with the parts kit so I had to buy some bolts to put the cap on from a local auto parts store. Otherwise the install is very easy it took about 45 minutes to replace both. This youtube video is a good guide on how to replace the struts on a Saturn Ion http://youtu.be/BSITJuR2Yjw The ride is improved but still no where close to what it was new.
Texas Customer –
They only lasted about 35K miles but they were very easy to install.
EthR –
I had to remove and bend the speed sensor bracket to get these to fit.

These where super easy to install on my 2007 Saturn Ion. Be careful you do need a torque wrench to assemble this item. Other then that this item is a great value to anyone that needs to change struts without a hefty service charge attached.
