This was good solution to shore up some slightly weak springs. With 30 psi in them, they raised the car about an inch, and the ride was a little more firm.

when installed and air put to them . they just loss the air after 2 days , i undid them and reseal them they still leak , after testing them out of the car i found the leak on the air bag rubber so i used a patch , same one as a tire patch n it seems to be holding !

I installed these on my 67 Firebird. Lifted her about 2 inches in the rear. Stopped me from bottoming out.
1 of the shocks had a slow leak. I sprayed the shock with soapy water, it showed a slow leak at 1 of shocks. Had to return the pair. Amazon issued a full refund.

The air shocks look very nice. Unfortunately the bushings did not fit the mounting hardware. Removed bushings and installed universal bushings.

All of the product images show shocks that have stem mounts at the top. The ones that I received have eyes for pass-through bolts. Unfortunately, I found out after the return window had closed. If you’re going to buy these in advance and stick them in the corner for when you have time to install at some later date, do yourself a favor and check them out when they first arrive.

My husband installed these on his 1967 Firebird. He said they were easy to install and while the car isn’t used all that much….it’s an antique, after all…….., he said the shock absorbers made a big difference in the ride. Much soother ride now.
