Part was perfect replacement for my Hot Dawg propane heater . Heater fired right up with the new part. Snapped in to the original place.

5 minutes to put it in. Works great!

Shipped in padded envelope. Circuit board was mangled. Straightened out components and it worked.

My heater had been misbehaving. After testing each of the sensors for proper function, it became obvious that I needed a new controller board. Since it would have cost me a month or two of waiting in queue for an HVAC tech to tend to the issue, along with thier doing the same trouble shooting that I had alread done, I realized that I’d be out around $400 plus have a garage be cold for a month or two in the meantime.
So, I got the board here on Amazon and waited for it to show up.
Amazon shipped it in just a bubble wrap bag which didn’t protect it well. When it showed up at the house, there were bits and pieces poking through the bag!
I powered down the device to start the process of extracting the old board. I removed the old board, and tranferred each connector, one by one, after taking pictures. Seated the new board and powered the unit back up.
I didn’t have high hopes that the board would have survived, but it turned out ok.
The unit worked perfectly with the new board.
I don’t think I’ll ever need to buy another, but I would if needed!

Easy to install. Working as it should.

This board is NO WAY the replacement board advertised. Doesn’t even have hvac thermostat connections or igniter.

This fixed the problem and I didn’t have to pay for a repair person.

My 60,000 BTU Hot Dawg (60AS0111, installed around 2011) stopped running last week. The service light was blinking twice, suggesting the inducer was not getting power, but there were no switches flipped or any other symptoms. I bought this on a whim hoping it was a bad board, swapped it out in 10 minutes, and the furnace started right up. Probably saved myself $500!
The board is identical in size and shape. The only noticeable difference from mine is a subtle difference in some coloring on it. It appears to have been shipped directly from Modine.
