A little bit of the fluid on the O-rings and they worked perfect. Easy clean-up for the next use.

Grate tool and very easy to use. I used in my 02 Mustang power steering reservoir and in a couple minutes I have all the air coming out the system.

I had problems with air in the system on a 08 Impala. I used this and the air was efficiently removed. Just set the appropriate cover on your cars pump. Apply vacuum and the vacuum holds the cover on. I applied 25in of vacuum and listened with a scope and I could hear the bubbles. I continued to apply vacuum until it held at 25. The key is to maintain a steady vacuum and give it time. If the vacuum drops it’s because its removing air. Worked like a charm.

Great adapters for bleeding air from power steering pump. These adapters fit many pump reservoirs. Must use in combination with the mini vac or similar hand pump

Nice tool to have.

Could not have bled the power steering without this! Arrived quick and at a good price

Fits on 2002 Ford Taurus power steering pump just fine and creates a nice seal.
But… in the end, I really should have just scrapped the car from the getgo. It ended up needing a steering rack and lines and engine mounts (one mount collapsed and damaged one of the power steering lines). Honestly, 90% of Tauruses on the road don’t deserve a tool as fine as this. I regret my purchase because I wasted many hours of my life so that this car could be (barely) road worthy again for just a week before the next problem occurred and I sent it to the scrapyard.

work very well

I bought this set to bleed the P/S pump on my 1992 Fox Mustang and it worked flawlessly. I had installed a new rack, pump, and lines and wanted to make sure that the trademark Ford whine was not in the new system. I tried to bleed the air from the system using some of the techniques you find online (turning the wheels back and forth, turning the pump by hand) but it still had the noise. I used this cap with a vacuum hand pump according to the directions and the new system is dead silent. No hissing, no whine, its perfect like a new car. I can’t recommend this enough to anyone with an older Ford.
