This thing was alot easier to install than I thought it would be. takes a drill and a 2 inch hole saw and 5 minutes to install on my enclosed trailer. works great. will buy more for sure!

Arrived quickly. Useful graphic on the Amazon page displaying this product — the one showing a line drawing and a “Plug & Play” because the 2-inch hole cut was something I’d forgotten when pondering this purchase. So, I ordered a decent 2-inch hole saw at the same time as this AC plug. You can find the hole saw here: LENOX Tools Bi-Metal Speed Slot Arbored Hole Saw with T3 Technology, 2″
I installed this on a Ford Econoline Waldoch conversion van, and the hole saw cut perfectly. TIP: Drill a pilot hole from the opposite side (interior) first. That way you know you’ll be clearing any obstacles in the interior walls of the van (or whatever),
I gave this four stars because the little (really little) supplied screws for mounting are a joke. I used some self-tapping stainless steel screws, along with some clear acrylic caulk (for water-proofing of the seal).
