I’ve owned and used several MaxShine products in the past and, for the most part, they’ve been great. This is definitely one their products that I like the most. I’ve been using the basic nylon bristle brush for cleaning tires for some years. This MaxShine brush beats that brush hands down. This brush feels well constructed. The bristles have a medium firmness to them that lets it pull grime off of tires without damaging the tire itself. I like the length and orientation of the handle; I feel like it lets me better apply pressure than I was able to with my other brush.
In my opinion, while marketed for use on automotive carpets, I’d use something a little softer for regular cleaning. This brush could be used if you’re going after a stubborn stain or gunk on the carpet, but in a least-aggressive-first approach this brush wouldn’t be my least aggressive option.

I wanted to share my thoughts on this MaxShine brush, especially since I’ve been using the Detail Factory tire brush for quite some time now. I’m really impressed with it and will probably work it into my routine for dirtier tires. (I included photos for comparison)
The bristles feel slightly stiffer, which I find to be a definite advantage. Also, I really like the ergonomics of the handle; it makes the whole process of cleaning tires much more comfortable.

I’ve become a Maxshine fan and have several brushes and some pressure washer accessories from them. The quality has been great. This brush is no different. I got it to use on wheels and tires, but will probably use it for other things like rubber floor mats. It’s smaller than I imagined, but it turns out it is a perfect size for my low profile tires and works well on wheels that aren’t too busy with intricate details. For me, it’s a great quality brush and at the current price point it’s not like it’s double the cost of other cheap versions.

I have this one area on my rug that because it is a high traffic zone gets dirty than other places so I got this to try making it look better. It’s a good strong brush with bristles that are still enough to scrub the rug but not tear it up . I should have gotten it sooner rather than waiting until the stains had really become noticeable but that’s a user error and nothing against the brush. It’s a good quality product that does its job .

This MaxShine brush works great. I like that the bristles are a medium stiffness for cleaning tires. It won’t scratch or scuff the sidewalls as a stiff brush might. The handle has a nice rubber grip along with some rubber trim surrounding 3 sides of the brush’s head. This rubber trim helps keep the brush from banging into stuff during use. I’ll be using this one from now on.

This is not as heavy duty as I was expecting, as the bristles are not as stiff as what I thought they would be, more of a medium. However, the construction of the brush is very sturdy. I am sure it will work fine for most needs, just not so much for really stuck on thick grime.

The fibers on this are very sturdy so you can really scrub if you want to . I noticed that they didn’t scratch my rims which is awesome! The handle is a perfect length and the head is just the right size.
I have other brushes where the head is too small or too big and the bristles are too stiff or too soft.
I think this one is right in that sweet spot to get the job done.
