Installed on a trailer so I could charge the battery without opening the tool box. Works perfectly. Seems to be well made.

Some of these have a plug that twists into the body; in short time they will push through and fall into the interior of the boat. This plug is permanently attached to the body so it will not push through. The screw terminals are quality and allow for tight connections. Glad I used this brand.

If you’re tired of leaving the hatch open for charging your battery banks, this is the solution. 5 minute install and now I can plug in without opening a hatch and leaving the plug in the elements. Best upgrade since the new trolling motor.

Update: It no longer stays shut. Bought it less than a year ago.

Excellent little plug! Super easy to install it is dummy proof! Used this for my shed so I could run an extention cord to it.
