The replacement product has worked as expected; this time it didn’t deflate the tires and served as a jump starter. However, the case was not included, which I find to be false advertising because they have a promotional video where someone shows that their product came with a case. Additionally, it doesn’t come with a charger, only a USB cable, so we have to find the charger ourselves.

El producto de reemplazo ha funcionando como esperaba, esta vez no desinfló las llantas, y sirvió como iniciador de carga. El estucho no fue enviado lo cual me parece publicidad engañosa porque tienen un video promocional donde una persona muestra que su producto llegó con estuche, por otro lado no viene con cargador, tan solo viene con un cable USB pero a nosotros nos toca buscar el cargador.

This product does not work. As soon as the valve is connected, the tire lets out all the air and deflates. It also came without a manual, charger, and case. I filed a complaint with Amazon, and they asked me to pay for the return shipping, which I flatly refused. Eventually, they agreed to send me the same product at no additional cost to give it another chance. The point is, perhaps the product is defective.
Despite the tire inflation not working, I decided to test if the battery starter function worked. I intentionally let my car battery drain completely, only to be surprised that it didn’t work either. It didn’t provide enough charge to start the car.
As of today, November 15, 2024, the new product is on its way via DHL, so I will update this message as soon as I have it. For now, if it were up to me, I would rate it with zero stars.

Este producto no funciona, tan pronto se conecta la válvula la llanta le saca todo el aire y la desinfla, también vino sin manual, cargador, y estuche. Hice la reclamación ante Amazon y me pidieron pagar el envío de retorno del paquete ante lo cual me negué rotundamente, al final accedieron a enviarme el mismo producto sin cargo adicional para así darle otra oportunidad, el mensaje es, quizá el producto está defectuoso.
A pesar que el inflado de las llantas no funciona, me dije voy a probar si funciona el iniciador de batería, así que intencionalmente dejé que la batería de mi carro se descargara por completo, vaya sorpresa que tampoco funcionó, no cargó lo necesario para iniciar el carro.
A fecha de hoy 15 de noviembre de 2024, el nuevo producto está en camino con DHL, así que actualizaré este mensaje tan pronto lo tenga, por lo pronto si por mi fuera lo dejaría sin estrellas al calificarlo.

My item arrived within a reasonable time. I haven’t tried it yet but it charged to 100% in a few hours. I don’t know when I’ll need it so I’m hoping it’ll do its job. So far I’m happy with it.

Going into winter, I purchased the box a few years months It was over Prime days,with discounts. Admittedly skeptical of an item at such good price. The thing’s awesome… Fool proof jump-starting! Assuming the user possesses the acumen necessary to align similar colors, they are more than qualified to employ its use.
It’s a great li’l jumpbox, however it is also a flashlight, charging station, a smart tire inflator, and it accomplishes all tasks in good standing as related to similar single purpose tools.
All in all, a very good jump box. And when pricing the tools necessary to accomplish what this all in-one box does, even at full retail it’s an amazing deal!
