If you detail vehicles professionally as I, then you need to try this compound and polish. Work this product one of two ways, either with a DA orbital with a combo fiber pad like a Uro Shine to paint correct minor issues and polish all in one or with a large wool pad as a quick paint corrector then follow up with a dedicate polish. Either way depending on severity of the scratches or swirls, this product works wonders.

I have used Malco products for many years.
The last few years I have been using some different products trying out other products.
I have to say I was well pleased with this one.
I used it on a panel that had some light to moderate scratches, but nothing really deep deep.
So I used it and i buffed panel with a Orange pad ( aggressive pad) and it’s cutting ability wasn’t bad at all and I loved its finishing capabilities and how it finished down to a High gloss polish and didn’t leave the paint marred or hased, in fact it added some depth and Gloss to the panel and it Polishes out so smoothly and helped bring some definition and clarity to paint without marring it or leaving it dull.
Panel was squeaky clean & u could hear it squeaking.
It’s low dusting, but its not the lowest dusting product I have used.
And I wouldn’t even put it in the middle as far as dusting, it’s on the lower end for dusting which is actually good cause it is low dusting but not the lowest dusting product I have used, but low enough to only need to wipe down with a microfiber.
I wasn’t able to use on a Severely scratched or damaged panel or paint, so I don’t know how well it will tackle heavy Oxidized paints or very deep scratches.
It handled light to moderate scratches ( like car wash marks and scratches pretty well and for me the best thing about it is its finishing capabilities and how it finishes out like a high Gloss polish and doesn’t leave paint marred or dull after application with buffer.
It’s finishing capabilities and being able to finish down and out like a high Gloss polish that minimizes imperfection.
I don’t know if they are any or some fillers in it or not.
It polishes out amazing.
I would say it finished out better then Maguires m 105 in polishing out and down to a polish with High Gloss and not feeling rough, but feeling Incredibly smooth and leaving the surface feeling clean.
Maguires m 105 may be stronger its in cutting ability, but this Product from Malco for me I felt was better in finishing down and out as a High Gloss polish and not marring paint and you didn’t have to wipe for along time to wipe it off.
U get a slight haze from left over product, but simply wipe and clean off and it’s gone and doesn’t stay hazy at all.
Finishes down to a polish very well…
I gotta buff the whole car now with this product, cause the few parts I buffed using this product left those few Spots gleaming and added such depth to the color and clarity that you can tell which Spots have been buffed and touched and clean with this product.
I’m very impressed, I love it’s finishing abilitys to finish down like a high Gloss polish….

This got here fairly quickly, however some of it leaked out the top (which really wasn’t a big deal as it is in a bag). I can already tell it made a difference on our older Ford Focus, and I plan on applying another coat and really use my buffer on the next round to get even better results. I can tell a difference between this and stuff I have bought at the store in the past. There is also quite a bit of it so I can apply a couple coats over time

This Malco Epic Medium-Duty Compound is simply perfect. I used to always use a 3M polishing compound to work out the swirls and scratches on my car, but after trying this one, I’m going to stick with it in the future. The consistency is similar to 3M ones, and it looks like off-white thick toothpaste. This compound is formulated to work out deep imperfections on your paint, if you have just faint scratches and swirls, try Malco Epic Finishing Polish instead. Applying is very simple, you just need to get a soft rug, I found that microfiber rugs work the best. Shake well, just get a small amount of the compound on a rug, apply it in circular motion on a surface and let it dry a bit and then follow with vigorous circular buffing and finish with wiping it clean. You can use it with a polishing machine as well, but I prefer hand application. I found that the result is as good as 3M one if not better. The end result is a perfectly clean, swirl-free, shiny paint surface. I am extremely pleased with the product, and I highly recommend it. The only problem is that it leaked a bit during the shipping because the top was not properly sealed, but it wasn’t too much, and it seems like a common problem. The manufacturer needs to address it asap.

Malco Epic Finishing Polish is a perfect product for car polishing, comparable to 3M compounds but with a smoother consistency. Apply with a soft microfiber cloth in circular motions, or with a polishing machine for even better results. Leaves a flawless, swirl-free shine. Highly recommended! Solid 5 stars product, will buy again.

I used with this with an orbital as recommended and it does an absolutely wonderful job and is an easy clean up with no swirl as advertised. Follow the directions and the results are awesome worth the price of admission. My one complaint, and I see it mentioned in many of these reviews, is that this expensive product (though a bottle of this size will last a long time and goes a long way) comes in a bottle with no inner seal and is prone to leaking under pressure while in shipping. Three out of the four bottles I’ve received have leaked to varying degrees, and I believe it’s simply due to the type of dispensing cap on the bottle and lack of an inner seal. The caps are fine and will not leak under any sort of normal circumstance, but if this stuff is either flown or driven where any any significant altitude change (and therefore air pressure) occurs, that bottle is going to spew. I will say their customer service is very responsive and empowered to make things right. Between the excellent product and customer service, I can easily recommend this.
