Works grate. Super easy to install. Sticks to the dash just fine. The magnet for the phone is super strong and holds the phone really well. I like how I can easily fold it back down not in use.

I recently received the Jingstone Magnetic Car Phone Mount and have been using it in my car for a few days now. Overall, it’s a solid product with some great features, but I encountered a drawback I felt should be considered. First, if you decide to use an adhesive on the dash the drawback won’t apply to your situation, if you try to use the mount without adhesive and rely on suction, then a stippled dash might interfere with the suction strength.
Pros:
+ Magnetic adhesion: The magnet holds my phone securely during commutes and even in parking lots with speed bumps. That said, I did need to remove my motorcycle case due to its thicker than normal material construction. I’m sure normally sized cases will not interfere with the magnetic adhesion.
+ 360-Degree Rotation: The adjustable head allows for easy positioning, making it convenient to switch between portrait and landscape modes. This importance of this rotational property cannot be understated since it allows you to place the phone is whatever angle is perfect for your viewing angle and distance.
+ Sleek Design: Its compact and minimalist design doesn’t clutter the dashboard, maintaining the aesthetic of my car’s interior.

Cons:

This magnetic phone holder is great. My previous phone holder was magnetic based as well, but you had to attach to the vent which would block the airflow through the vent. The base of this has a suction cup and a lock to help keep it in place, so you can move it around if you need to. I also like the fact that the magnet is circular which allows you to rotate the phone 360 degrees. The magnet is also very strong.

The suction cup does not stay ‘permanent’; I had to re-seat the suction cup 3 times in the last 2 months because it started wobbling. The mount otherwise is very good and strong to hold the phones even in rough driving.

The suction is decent and holds well initially, thanks to the adhesive backing. Make sure to apply it to a smooth, flat surface on the dashboard or windshield. However, if you live in a hot climate like I do (Phoenix, where it can reach over 130°F inside the car), the adhesive tends to weaken over time. Wetting the suction area can will help get a better suction, especially to securely hold heavier phones like my Samsung S23 Ultra. You may want to look for better suction alternatives if you live in extreme hot weather.
