DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
– I got the motorized suction phone holder for my gf and wanted to try this one cause I was tired of recharging that one. At first when I got this item it was super great for the first month after that the extended part was loose ofc I tightened but then it the actually suction part no longer worked. It didn’t stick to any surface at all! And no I have this useless item that doesn’t even work! Don’t waste your money!

The media could not be loaded.
I love the concept. I love the simplicity of it. This product won’t stay up. It won’t do its job. I have to keep tightening the screw, adjusting it and even then it falls over. If I put it on my window and it’s hot outside, it won’t stick. I can get it on in the morning and when it’s hot, it won’t stick and falls off

Works as attended, but doesn’t stick any flat surfaces, it has to be specific like certain plastics, metals, glasses, it cannot be just anything.
Also the sticky adapter that comes with it to help to stick to other surfaces isn’t very strong, and it’s only a one time use, so it you put it in the wrong spot the first time, good luck getting it to stick again.

I had a motorized suction mount for my phone but wanted to try this one because I had heard good things about it. I regret the purchase completely.
At first use, the telescoping stem between the mount and the magnetic phone attachment was loose to the point that it looked like it was about to come apart. I tightened it up and it fixed that issue.
At the very next use, the other end of the stem, which attaches the magnetic phone connector to the mount base, was loose and under the weight of the phone, it just flops. Basically, when I put my phone on it, it falls to the point of the phone face being almost parallel to the floor.
I have reached out to Magic John for assistance, but they haven’t replied as of this posting.
I wasted my money.

It’s okay, holds my phone most of the time but after one use the suction cup is just kind of…off? It doesn’t look right, kind of like it was pulled on. If I hit any kind of bump in the road my phone falls which is not great. It’s also a bit hard to get a good angle in the car (which is what I bought it for) so honestly, I don’t really use it.

I am surprised by how easy this is to use. Just slide the button to suction this in place. The arm rotates so it allows different placements. I have aniPhone 13 Pro and have found it somewhat difficult to find a place that I like to place it in my car. That is in no way an issue of the product though. I am super picky and didn’t want to attach the included plate onto my dash but I am thinking it may be the better option due to the size of my phone. I must say that ai appreciate that being included with the product. It came with everything promised. I have had no issues so far.
