This didn’t work out for me. My cigarette lighter is right next to the shift stick and I kept knocking the phone off the mount with my hand when I shifted. Also, I could never get it to charge.

One of those little things that makes a big difference – no more having to futz with unplugging the USB-C cable every time I exit my car. Just grab the phone and go. My life is now complete.

This is being used with an Apple iPhone 15 Pro that has an Apple-branded MagSafe case and all it does is keep the battery at the level it’s at when attached to the charger. The first time it was used, the battery was at 100% and was attached during a one-hour car trip with Apple Maps set and the screen brightness set to as bright as possible. It kept the battery at 100%. The second time it was used, the battery was at 81% when attached during another one-hour car trip with no navigation set and the screen locked and dark. The battery never went above 81%. If maintaining the battery at the same level when attached is ok, this product will work well. If actually charging the battery to a higher level of charge is desired, this product will not be a good fit.

Not sure why people say it does not charge . It has a usb c port on the rim and is wireless. Great magnet power Awesome product!

Loose fitting in the charger socket. The magnetic is not strong at all. False advertisement. However you can get by using it just don’t expect to be too impressed

It’s not a rapid charger, but it will slowly charge an iPhone being used as a GPS and streaming music simultaneously. I’m just happy, and it holds the phone where I need it for our vehicles and provides a power source without having to plug the phone in each time. It does require a cord from the power plug to the MagSafe charger. While it seems silly not to have the wire hidden in the adjustable neck, just use a zip tie to neatly hold the included wire. It is not a perfect solution, but it is closer than anything else I’ve seen or tried.

The added feature of charging while mounted is a major convenience, making it a practical and reliable tool for daily use.

Looking for an alternative to a vent mount and this looked interesting. My iPhone 15 Max often overheats if used on a dash mount so wen to a vent mount but that takes up my vent so not ideal. I saw a flexible using the lighter/power port as an option to try. It works but not that great in a horizontal configuration. The weight of the phone tends to pull it down after a while. If the power outlet is on the center console and goes straight up that would be a better use case scenario. It does come with USBC power cord but based on the way this is best used the cord is too long. All that is needed is to reach from the charger port to the MagSafe charger and if using the port horizontal or vertical all that is needed is that length 9 to 12 inches max the longer cable gets in the way.
What I liked:
1. Compact packaging with instructions included.
2. The MagSafe charger works well
3. Comes with a USBC cable
4. Doesn’t obscure the vent
What I didn’t like:
1. Cable is too long and gets in the way.
2. Horizontal installation sags after time

While I liked the charging I was disappointed the horizontal use experience was not up to expectations. After time the sagging made it hard to easily see the phone and I had to adjust. I did have a 18 inch USBC that was better than the longer one included but feel a 9 inch of 12 inch cord would be ideal. I think with some tweaks this will be something for me to reconsider in the future. Had I had a center console power port this may have worked better for me.
