I have tried so many phone holders and either they break or they don’t hold. I bought this knowing I would only use air vent holder. It hugs the vent and doesn’t move!!! It is extremely secure and the magnet that I already had on the back of my phone case works great with the magnet on the holder. Super strong!!
I only reason I didn’t use the adhesive holder was because I wasn’t sure if it would damage my dash board. I bought this set a second time and used the air vent holder in conjunction with my husbands wireless charger and it also works great. This holder is interchangeable with other holders as the ball and socket fits.

We have terrible potholes and bad roads and this thing still holds my phone. I do have the metal plate on my phone exposed to the outside of my phone case so that gives it a better bond.

OK. Lets start off with I do not want to put any magnetic holder in my windshield to block the view. So one of their recommended locations is not happening for me. The vinyl dash area in my Kona the adhesive that came with did not stick. Which I was hoping it would but another brand also did not stick either, so I guess this is not a surprise. Neither did 3M from the auto part store. after removing the adhesive, both the added and the existing, even super glue would not stick even to the device itself. I don’t know if I should try hot glue or not. I just want something to hold up to the florida heat and the weight of my phone. K92 5G.
Although this came with amount for the air vents, which I have to admit I need to try, the weight of my phone typically make that not work.
In summary I was expecting 2 separate magnetic devices (considering the price) and got 1 and the adhesive does not stick to a Kona interior.

Got this mount to replace my old vent-clip claw style mount. Some good factors with it:
1) The vent mount is solid, I like this reach-around grip much more than the vent pinching ones. The pinching ones tend to slip over time but this one stays put.
2) The size of where the phone mounts is smaller compared to other mounts, doesn’t get in the way when the mount isn’t being used.
3) The metal plates that are included for using the mount are very thin and provide a strong hold. The plate is so thin that I was able to slip it inside of my case (rubbery flexible style) without having to adhere it to the case/phone.
4) The size of the plates and the ability to move them around let you set up the phone to be held off-center. This lets you have the phone sit higher or off to the side a bit compared to a claw style phone holder. doesn’t add any noticeable weight to the phone.
5) I haven’t used it (yet) but I like the included angle mount to be able to attach the holder to a different surface, away from the vent.
Biggest negative (and only real one) is that you are unable to use wireless charging with this mount/plate setup. The plate blocks the charger from making a connection with the phone, so in order to use wireless charging you would have to remove the case/plate from the phone.
Since I almost never use wireless charging this isn’t an issue for me, I am enjoying the increased mounting options for the phone with the small plates.

Very nice quality, comes with many magnets for multiple devices/fitment capabilities. The air vent attachment is the nicest I’ve seen. I bought it for the dash attachment but ended up using the air vent as it’s so nice and secure. Excellent phone holder for the price. Works well and easy to install – wouldn’t use for off road or boat applications but that applies to any magnet based holder. For everyday general road use and an iPhone this is great.

Was excited to get something that would be somewhat adjustable to surface of dashboard. Followed instructions for adhering to semi-flat area. One arm stuck, the other did not, reapply per instructions, and still not staying stuck. Although this one has worked better than others, it would be interesting to see if it works when its hot inside of vehicle.
