that part should come with the gear and motor they will not work without it .so to order seperatly is a ripe off

When I received my Lipert motor it had a connection for the wiring but no wires. I was going to wire it in like the unit I took off. So problem number one was you have to pay extra for wires that you probably already have. I feel these should be supplied with the unit. That being said I began the installation. Knowing that these products are dedicated for a specific purpose (the installation or replacement of motor for kwikee step) I feel all parts should be supplied and if not it should be explained that you need these extra parts. So I get everything installed and attempt to plug in the motor. Guess what Their pig tail is an inch to short. Seriously really you could not provide the extra wire needed. I cut the old wire right at the old cut point so ZI would not have any neeless connection points that could go bad. For the price add the extra wire. So It to me the extra time to get more wire and re wire the whole thing and the extra time to order more parts. Don’t be so cheap lippert add the extra wire!
