Can’t remember when I purchased these… been at least a year and they are still operating as they should.

They are a little too stiff making it difficult to shut the rear hatch. Aside from that, they’re perfect.

These fit perfectly on my Acura. They do not include instructions, but its pretty obvious how to replace the old ones: On the old lifts pop off the clips on the lifts at the pivot points. The old lifts will than slip off the pivot ball. DO NOT REMOVE the clips on the new lifts. All you have to do is press them onto and over the pivot balls. The entire process takes 5 minutes.

If you’re looking for a sign to replace yours here it is! Super easy to install. All you need is a flat head screwdriver to lift the clip hold the ends. Pop them out and in goes the new ones. Should have done this a lot sooner…

These worked great on my 2001 Acura MDX. It was super easy to pop off the old ones and pop on these new ones. Now my hood is launching itself back up in the air again whenever I pop it open. I couldn’t be happier.
