I’d say this phone holder is 3.5 stars, but I can’t give half-stars. The suction is not what I was expecting, but it’s decent enough to stick on my car’s screen and stay (it won’t work on the dashboard because it has a slight texture to it). The hinges are not as strong as other similar phone holders, and I find myself trying to adjust it frequently, so that’s a point deducted. I was wondering why this item was cheaper than other like items, and I can see why now. This is still usable in my car, and my iPhone 14 Pro’s magnet sticks strongly to it. I just don’t think it’ll last more than a few months or so, so I’d recommend spending a little more money for a better quality phone holder. I’m gonna use it until it dies, though!

This “viral” phone mount came as advertised. After attaching it to my car window for testing, I enjoyed the various different positions/movements of the mount after attaching my phone via mag-safe. The box even includes an adhesive mag-safe ring for devices that do not have this capability which is nice! I left my car for about an hour, in 70 degree weather, and sadly came back to the mount on the floorboard of my car. I expected it to be stuck to the window much longer!

Don’t get confused by the wording like I did—this phone holder does NOT use any electronic suction. It’s a manual vacuum-based system that’s very hit or miss depending on what you try to stick it to.
I already own an electronic suction mount that works great on nearly any flat surface, so I thought this would be similar. Unfortunately, you have to press the holder against a surface and turn a dial to activate the vacuum seal. It can attach securely to mirrors, glass, or very smooth glossy surfaces like some car dashboards. But on others—like my wall, fridge, or table—it wouldn’t hold at all.
You get either a firm vacuum seal or no stick at all. It’s definitely not universal like it sounds. If you plan to only use it on mirrors or very specific smooth surfaces, it MIGHT work well for you. YMMV depending on your surfaces—so manage your expectations if you pick this up.

This mini phone holder works on any window or tiled surface with great suction power! It’s super tiny and can fit in my pocket, yet the magnet is super strong and holds my phone with ease! This is great for any influencer or creator who needs the perfect angle in any kind of space!

When it arrived I immediately stuck it to the bathroom mirror and watched it cling like a stubborn barnacle which felt oddly satisfying and gave me way more confidence than I expected from a tiny phone accessory. Then I tested it in the car where cup holders are always full of random receipts and that mystery coin that no machine accepts and the dashboard is just too slanted for anything to stay put so I stuck this to the windshield with a little press and twist and it locked in like it was born to be there. The magnet is strong enough that my phone just snaps onto it with a click that feels more secure than half the relationships I know and it stays there even when I hit a bump or take a turn like I am auditioning for a driving scene in an action movie. I even folded it up one day and took it with me to the gym to stick on the locker door while I changed playlists and for some reason it felt like I had my own little tech assistant following me around all day. It folds up small enough to throw in a bag and the arm adjusts in this smooth kind of way that makes it feel more expensive than it is.

the suction cup on this is a hit or miss. I find that it held onto my dash board of my car for a bit but if the road is too bumpy it will come off. I find that it has worked better on table (glass and smooth wood), counters, and I tried it on my windows and it didnt fair as well.
the magnet that holds the phone is very study and your phone wont be going anywhere but the suction cup leaves more to be desired.
