This drying towel is roughly the same dimensions as other drying towels. However, the big difference is the plushness. This towel is easily 5x the thickness of my regular mf towel. It has nicely sewn edges and corners. The towel is highly absorbent and the ad say it can absorb 1 gallon of water. I believe it! However, as a best practice, it is not advisable to do that as a gallon of water weighs about 8 lbs. That would make the towel heavy and not conducive to drying a car. Typically, I wash and then squeege the car dry. The towel is then used to pick up the water that I missed. This towel is perfect for that. I highly recommend this drying towel.

We bought these to use for water clean up after our play where we get a lot of water on stage. We were using towels and it was taking too long and still leaving the stage wet. These towels are incredibly absorbent! They aren’t exaggerating when they say they will soak up a gallon of water each. The stage floor is completely dry after using these towels and have 3 of these have replaced 9 large towels and doing a better job.

I’ve owned numerous drying towels, some good, some not so good. This microfiber towel is soft, won’t scratch your car, and really does dry up and soak up water left on your paint after a car wash. I’ve ran this drying towel through the washing machine and dryer several times and it’s held up perfectly. Just note that you should never use scented detergents or fabric softeners as this will “Clog” the microfiber towel. I have two SUV’s, and this towel can easily dry an entire SUV, but not large enough to dry two (which many aren’t and wouldn’t be practical due to the size that would be needed).

This is a large very plush microfiber drying towel. It works really well to dry my van without scratches and helps avoid streaks. It is much more absorbent than other towels I have used. It’s worth the money!
