The manufacturer is useless.
I got the shocks and a bag of parts with no guidance whatsoever as to how to properly assemble all the parts in the correct order. The “directions” included were worthless; it was one page of teeny tiny drawings that were barely visible and showed how to assemble many different products, but nothing that showed how to assemble MY product. To make matters worse, the only writing on the directions was in Spanish. Thanks! They did, however, include 2 pages of warning in every language on the planet. That was useful.
Well, what do you do when there are no directions? You go to the internet/Youtube. Found loads of videos from the manufacturer, mostly trying to sell you and I more product but nothing that was oriented toward seeing that an existing customer has a smooth, successful installation. As a result, I spent WAY too much time trying to find information online and reasoning out how all the different parts should fit together and the installation probably took three times as long as it should have. I just hope I got it all together properly.
In short, I am very disappointed with the manufacturer’s complete disregard for service after the sale and would NOT buy this product again.

Install was easy. Had a second bottle jack on hand to compress the shock into place. Rides great on my 08 Tundra SR5.

It is supposed to be one of the best shocks. Toyota cheaps our on a lot of stock items. Look good but don’t last long. My gripe is the comments are wrong. It is not a pair. It is for a single shock. You are supposed to replace both rear shocks at the same time so I had to come back and buy another one. Selling one shock is like selling only left shoes.
