Amazon Customer –
Installed on an Acura SUV. Excellent product. Improved ride performance
Tmelton3 –
Shocks were great, instructions were were generic diagrams of little use.

The shocks cured the rear suspension thump/rattle experienced at 33k miles when the OEM shocks on my Acura failed. I like choices and unfortunately the only after market shocks for my Acura are the KYB shocks. The price point even with on line purchase is a bit high.

Shocks are well made..instructions are a joke..qualify made in Japan..

Easy to install. Installed on my 2016 Acura RDX. Solved the bumping noise is the rear!
After 3000 miles still perfect!

Installed Dec 2020 – 2013 Acura RDX AWD
Can’t attest to quality of product since recent installation other that these seem to function properly.
Instructions, or the lack of adequate instructions is the reason for this low review.
As a novice, at best, the instructions were next to useless. Shims/spacers/grommets etc. were improperly depicted or not shown at all. Inasmuch as installation was on a week-end, I could not contact the manufacturer’s customer service.
Removal of rear wheels is not necessarily required, but causes the task to be much easier. The RDX design (top mount requiring wrench AND allen tool is a bit more difficult compared to common shock mounts – no fault of this aftermarket product). The bottom mount (“screw” – not bolt and nut) required several hits of an impact to break loose. I did clean surface rust and coat with an anti-seize paste before reinstalling.

The OEM rear shocks on my 2014 Acura RDX became quite noisy at 35,000 miles and I replaced them with these. So far, they ride great and don’t make any noise. What more could I ask?
A. Wendt –
Installed these on 2014 Acura RDX AWD with 65000 miles of road and rust. Tried the replacement of top shock bushing only under Acura TSB which lasted about one week till noise came back and noise became too much for the wife! So found parts on Amazon at great price and fast delivery Life time warranty from KYB! Remember HEAT will be your friend! And be prepared to replace the lower OEM mount bolt. The bolts seize into old rear shocks. Also use anti seize during new shock install to prevent rusting again. Also changed both sway bar bushings and end links to make the ride quiet and Happy wife!
