works great in my truck, a new 2024 Chevy 3500. All new Chevy’s no longer have a cigarette lighter power outlets. So, unless you want to go out and buy all new accessories that come with C chargers, I recommend you buy two of these so you can still plug in the things you own already

You will notice the 12V plug slides out as there is no mechanism to retain it plugged in. You have to constantly push it back in especially in a car if there is some shaking on the road.

The female cigarette lighter electrical connector works well to connect a car dashcam that had a male cigarette lighter insert for connecting to the car at one end.
Connecting dashcam to car power source can drain battery—happened. Connecting dashcam cam directly to car battery is also not recommended as it drains car battery. So got a 20000 mah Li ion battery and needed this to connect. Battery lasts for 1week of daily driving.

I tried something really different with the Bluetooth FM transmitter and Car Cigarette Lighter Socket Step Up Voltage Converter Cable. I wanted something I could play my Bluetooth play through my FM/CD combo player in my RV. I purchased all of the items. They arrived on time through prime. Upon unpacking, I put the transmitter (blue box) into the cig lighter plug (green box) I then plugged the USB end into a power bank (yellow box). I adjusted the settings on the transmitter and the radio and pushed play on my IHEARTRADIO radio app. The sound came through beautifully. This a $20 alternative to replacing all the gear in my RV. It is also a new way to resurrect the old fm radios and stereos sitting around the house that have no auxiliary plug in or Bluetooth option. I will thoroughly enjoy my purchases.

Worthless. I purchased this item to power a SiriusXm receiver and a Nitecore battery charger in a new travel trailer. It will not power either device. I gathered up all of my 12V things (radios, phones, and a host of others). This item would not power or charge any of them.

This is a great item to have in your car or truck. Most autos only have one cigarette socket and one or two USB connections. It really worked well to power what ever is needed from the USB to the standard cigarette socket. All Good….:_)

i ordered this to run my portable oxygen concentrator from my power chair to bad the chair dosen’t work when its plugged in but that’s the chair it dosen’t run when anything is plugged into it

hello to all Amazon customers I purchased this adapter to power my DVD on my mobility scooter I have a 50000 milliamp battery pack to power all my devices I have been using this 5 volts to 12 volts and I have to say it’s working quite well it Powers my devices no problem do I recommend this product well I just bought this recently and it’s working quite well I will update as I use it it is a well-made products thank you
