This spray works as well as, if not better, than the name brand lubricant and corrosion-preventing spray. I tried it out with my shovel and lawn aerator while I was doing yard work. This spray made it much easier to shovel our clay-mix soil while digging a trench. Using the aerator, the Kraken lubricant worked especially great to repeatedly push and remove the tool which was a bonus because the round tongs can eject removed soil much better. I’m trying to prevent rust on my van so I like to thoroughly wash the underside of all the doors through the weep holes. I like to fill the bottom of the door with the spray to never give rust a chance to start. As a note, my can came with the straw missing. This wasn’t a big deal because I stole one off a can of parts cleaner. Recommended!

What is penetrating oil seems to work pretty good. I sprayed it on some lug bolts a couple hours before changing wheels. Each one came out pretty easily. In all fairness they were only torqued to about 95 ft lbs, but they can get a little stuck sometimes. That’s really the only thing I’ve used this spray for so far but it seemed like it performed well.

I was taken aback by the smell initially. But it works well. I covered a bare metal steering gear box with it. It rained. No rust. I’m sold. I think this is more of a coating and less of a WD40/stuck bolt thing

I was not able to test out the spray because the sprayer was busted and there is not way to get the oil out of the can without it.

It’s a corrosion inhibitor that functions similar to WD40. It works just as well, I’ve managed to use it like a penetrating oil for my rusty bolts that refuse to unscrew with great results. The nozzle is easy to use, and the straw allows for finer applications. It has some anti-corrosive properties as well, so I’ve sprayed it like a brake cleaner on some of my undercarriage to see if it will work. It helped clean up some gunk as well. Solid product overall.

The can arrived without the much critical spray tube! The piece of tape is on the side of the can where it should be it was no where to be found in the box it came shipped in. I realize I could use the spray for jobs that don’t require the tube, but MOST situations call for it.
