This K&N filter is great! It saves the environment by reducing waste and has allowed my wife’s car to obtain longer times between fill ups… it appears to allow the car to breath better increasing efficiency. I have them in all of our vehicles to keep from having to replace them on a yearly basis.

These K7N air filters are easy to install / perfect fitment for the specific vehicle intended. They increase air flow which equates to more power and increased fuel mileage. These are also very easy to clean and “recharge” with the available service kit. These are lifetime filter replacements for your vehicle.

I was skeptical that this would fit my car because my filter doesn’t look like the one in the picture. Fortunately, what I got matches my car and not the picture.
It loses a star because it doesn’t come with any maintenance instructions and I believe these filters are supposed to be oiled after each cleaning.

Fits in my 2.4 Accord perfectly. I don’t believe it adds anymore noise than stock. Haven’t had any issues with it. Does it increase mileage? Maybe, maybe not. Does it make the car faster? Did I mention that I drive an Accord, not an NSX? I’ve used K&N air filters on all of my vehicles and will continue to do so as I’ve yet to experience any issues.

When gas prices went through the roof, this was recommended by a friend and colleague to help me maximize every gallon of gas I buy. He is a ‘car guy’ and has them in his car as well as his wife’s car.
In the past my Honda Accord was consistently getting 30-35mpg highway, now it’s getting 38 to 42 or more depending on conditions. More miles per gallon helps offset the higher prices.
True it costs more the “normal” air filters that you have to replace multiple times over the life of the car. When this one gets dirty, just clean and re-use over and over. Saving money in the long run.
Installation is simple and it doesn’t void your warranty- it’s just a filter. Unlatch the airbox, open it up to remove the old air filter. Replace with the K&N model that fits your car. Close and Re-latch the airbox. Start saving money.

K&N filters do cost more so if you are a miser who only views things in the short term K&N filters are not for you.
However, if you view you car in terms of longevity and performance then these filters are well worth the money.
For one, I noticed an increase in the gas mileage by 4-5 miles per gallon.
Secondly, the car accelerates faster with more pep because the filter air flow is more efficient generating more horsepower.
Lastly, the filter is easy to clean so you save money over the long term life of the filter because you are cleaning the same filter instead of repurchasing cheaper ones repeatedly.

I read many reviews and comments before I make any decisions and I’m glad that I made right choice for my car!
After switching to K&N air filter I have gotten better MPG.
Original air filter gave me 34 mpg on high way but K&N gave me 40 mpg! I was surprised!

UPDATES: After having for two years, I’m averaging 38 MPG on high way.
One day, I was cleaning K&N air filter and I had to insert OME air filter for temperately. Guess what! You actually can tell difference before and after, you will notice right away with decrease of acceleration and decrease of MPG. I was surprised because I really didn’t think K&N air filter could make that MUCH of difference!
After done drying, I just couldn’t wait to put it back into my car and guess what after I inserted. My car was back to normal!
Don’t just read my comment about my experiences, why don’t you experience to yourself and find out if its true or not. You know you can trust Amazon and if you are not happy then just return it!
