I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself, I put a ton of miles on my 1995 Honda Civic and my fuel economy wasn’t as good as it once was and my acceleration isn’t really reliable enough to overtake vehicles on the highway.
After I installed the filter, my car immediately began to feel smoother. My acceleration has returned and I’m currently testing my MPG’s.
I was originally very skeptical about this and wanted to test it out on my car to see if it would perform as advertised if It didn’t, cosmetically it just sounds good under the hood. I am currently impressed with the results thus far and hoping the MPG’s will improve as well.
For little under $40 it isn’t bad, versus near 50 plus tax in a brick-and-mortar parts store.

I’ve owned this filter for two honda civics and the first thing I do when I buy a used car is put in a K&N airfilter.
It improves the performance, and gas mileage slightly, but it actually saves time and money over the course of 100,000 miles as you aren’t replacing a paper filter repeatedly.
It’s one of those things worth the initial investment.

I got this one to replace the stock air filter of my Honda Civic ’95 EG (ESI model in the Philippines). My car buddies recommended K&N brand and I’m sure glad that it’s the one I got. I could actually feel a change in my acceleration — there used to be a heavy feeling each time I hit the gas pedal. I dunno, I may be wrong since this is the first time I used a K&N. Nonetheless, I like what I’m feeling. Best of all, K&N has the exact replacement for my old car model, and not to mention getting it cheap at Amazon — price is almost 75% lower than the local shops here.

I have a 95 Honda Civic Sedan with a 1.5L and this filter is a direct fit, it increased my civic performance compared to the old factory air filter which felt more like a cardboard, and I’m positive that it probably increased my mpg just a bit nothing biggie. Highly Recommend
