Fit way to tight couldn’t get it seated until I trimmed an edge down. Then it fit perfectly. It only lasted maybe 45min of run time before it split down the seam of the fold. I should have read the other reviews saying the same thing. Wasted money.

I normally use K&N filters, but this one is very poorly designed. It has a tendency to rip along the bend, which causes some major issues in the A/F mix on a carbureted bike (the YZF600R only comes in a carbureted model).

Filter is the right one however I had to trim so rubber to make it fit right!

Keep in mind this is a difficult install. The rubber is super thick and hard to bend. but great filter.
