J’ai acheté le K&N 22-8049DK Film de filtre / Pre-Filter Cover pour protéger mon entrée d’air haute performance, surtout pendant l’hiver et les journées de pluie ou de neige, et je dois dire que c’est un excellent investissement.
Le tissu est de très bonne qualité, résistant, mais suffisamment respirant pour ne pas nuire aux performances du filtre à air. Ce qui m’a impressionné, c’est sa capacité à bloquer efficacement les débris, la poussière, les insectes et surtout le sel et les résidus de la route qui peuvent s’accumuler rapidement en hiver. Depuis que je l’ai installé, je remarque que mon filtre reste beaucoup plus propre et performant plus longtemps.
L’installation est simple et rapide grâce à l’ajustement parfait et l’élastique solide qui maintient bien la protection en place, même sur autoroute ou par grand vent. Une fois en place, on l’oublie complètement et elle fait le travail sans affecter le son ou les performances du moteur.
Franchement, si vous avez une prise d’air modifiée ou un filtre K&N exposé, c’est un accessoire indispensable pour prolonger la durée de vie de votre filtre et éviter de l’encrasser inutilement pendant les saisons plus rudes.

From the picture K&N 22-8049DK Black Drycharger filter wrap-for my 2916 Mustang GT looked nothing like the cone shaped K&N filter on my car but it is a perfect fit and seems to be doing its job of keeping the water off of the filter with no loss of power. Would recommend.

ガンガンオフロードで遊んでいるとどうしても水たまりにダイブしてしまうんですね・・・。
そんなときに水を吸い込んでエンジンを壊してしまうのも馬鹿らしいので購入。
正直がんがん水たまりでスプラッシュマウンテンをやってますが全く問題なく撥水してくれて助かってます。

I know, it’s spec’d for the RC-2960, but that’s the chromed version of the (rubber) RU-2960, so it *should* fit? My wife said it’s like trying to put on a condom that seems like it should fit but takes a lot of effort working your way around and pulling. So now when someone sees you struggling a bit to install and asks you why you have a smirk on your face, you can share that mental image. 😀
