Tried to make them work but they were too short, ruined them and wouldn’t send the right ones
Thevaluator –
good value, put second battery in truck, work well
PS –
I had purchased an inverter which requires no longer than 6 foot cables 2 gauge thickness. Those are very hard to find. I found THE perfect cables I needed with the ends for screw on type battery posts. They are very well made, quality cables! Highly recommend.

Works as expected

Hooked my boat batteries together so I can pull all of the accessories equally off both batteries. So far I have never lost power for the stereo or depth/fish finder. I think the stereo may be scaring the fish but life is a trade off.
PS –
Fulfill its function completely, amazing value, good craftsmanship overall 100% satisfying

I ordered these to replace the old cables on my cars, battery to distribution and battery to ground. The wire is fairly rigid, appears cooper by thr heft of the cables but all material concealed by shrink wrapped lugs. These cables are heavier gauge than what I am replacing, so I will probably relug the wires with heavier lugs. (When I laid a 3/8 copper washer over the lug, the copper was overhanging the lug). Perhaps some installations Use “Barrier Blocks” (Insulting barriers between connectors)) that won’t allow wider lugs I prefer. The thickness of the wire lugs is something that shouldn’t be so thin,
The other characteristic I don’t like is the wire is not marked on the outside of the sheath. Usually, most cables are marked as to gauge and oil resistance, heat range etc. The Ad Blurb in the description notes many uses, including autos. Hope I don’t get a buggered state inspection because the wire isn’t marked. Other than that, anyone ever run a test at full ampere rating? (Ha Ha.) These appear adequate for automotive use, just be careful to allow some slack so engine movement doesn’t rip a post out of your battery. Probably stay with #4 AWG for alternator to battery or put in a dummy stand-off post in the positive wire to save the battery terminal post from flexing. Then negative terminal 2/0 to ground and a 2/0 / wire to the block. Just so the starter won’t starve for current.

This seems to be a good quality product for a premade inverter cable and at a good price.
