Just received the large frame kit, the box arrived damaged and the cleaner had opened and completely spilt all inside the box. Contacted Amazon and they would not return or refund so I contacted kbs directly and they are shipping me a free bottle in the morning so zero stars for Amazon but 5 stars for kbs, there customer service is top notch!!!

Product arrived prompt, well packaged. Kit comes with a degreaser, rust treatment, and coating. I waterblasted the frame to remove all the dirt @nd grease, then sandblasted the heavy rust. There was still rust on a lot of the frame. Next treated it with the zinc phosphate solution. This removed more rust, and converted the rest. I applied the coating with a spray gun. It applies directly to the metal, with no primer. It is too heavy to spray right out of the can, and had to thin about 25% to get a good application. The coating went on evenly, with no tendency to run. It flowed level, leaving a smooth even coating. It took 1 3/4 quarts to do the frame and axles. Overnight, it set like concrete. I couldn’t be happier with the results. As hard and even of a coating, you would think it was powder coated.

These came damaged in the package yet the box looks fine. We’re they shipped this way? Manufacturer strongly recommends product be properly sealed after opening container or product will dry. There’s no way these will seal up again. I just want an exchange. I would love to try this but my return was shut down and I see no way to contact seller.

You get out, what you put in as far as prep. Suggest using a spray gun with 1.3 tip and doing 2 full coats
