So far so good. Let’s see how longevity holds out.

Installed on a 1998 Civic LX, stock D16Y7, 254,000 miles. I’ve owned this car for 18 years and have performed most of the maintenance during that time. I’ve bought several distributors for this car and all of the rebuilt units are crap compared to the stock Honda dizzys. If you have the time to search for a stock, lower mileage Honda distributor that would be the better route generally. But if you need one in 2 days this is good for the money. This is my second one, first lasted about 10,000 miles but I don’t drive the car every day. These things are susceptible to moisture buildup so slather some dielectric grease on all the exposed contacts with the cap off. You generally get what you pay for and these old Hondas like the Denso/NGK stuff but this reman distributor works for me. NGK wires and plugs of course.
