Was a little skeptical but gave it a shot on a drain from a garbage disposal..had a decent leak. Cleaned it all up, put in on, let it set up and it worked…

I needed to repair a crack in a drain line from the grey tank in my RV Travel Trailer. My crack was half the circumference of a 1-1/2 inch PVC pipe at a 90 degree fitting. I was a bit skeptical of the product after reading a few reviews saying the material was hard to mix and either didn’t dry or didn’t stick. But I decided to give it a try. I cleaned and rough sanded the connection per the product instruction. I found it very easy to mix together the two materials into an even mix. It took about two minutes. (Wear latex gloves – you will thank me!) I then applied it completely around the pipe and fitting. It stuck very well and was well set up about 20 minutes later. I waited a few hours before filling water in the tank and line. No leak whatsoever. I took the trailer on a 4 day camping trip along with 180 miles of driving. (I was curious to see if it would hold up to the road vibration.) It stayed bone dry. For me, the product was a huge success and saved me from having to cut out several sections of pipe and fittings and have to replace them.

After a dry period I had a PVC pipe T break that was underground because the ground shifted. It is very difficult to replace a T underground so I tried to seal the break with this material and it worked. I’m HAPPY.

This product fixed a leaking faucet, a cracked water pipe, and held a throttle together for one of my cars.
It’s a must have something great to always have on hand.

Only purchase this because it said it will work on leaks and under water. Absolutely will not work on a slight drip. It will not stick to any surface that is wet. Followed all directions and I tried multiple times. First, applying it right after it was evenly mixed. Fell right off the pipe. Next, I waited about 10 minutes while continuing to need it. Quickly dried the surface and applied it. Slight drip of water made it’s way right past this stuff. I even waited until it was starting to set up before applying it. Dried the surface and quickly applied it. My little drip of water went right past it. This can only really be used on a dry surface.

Writing this review after 2 years.
Our electrical made hole mistakly to water drain pipe in balcony.
As it is balcony, Plumber suggested to dismatle it and change the drain pipe.
I tried this product and it worked well. No water leakage observed from last 2 years.
