The key in my niece’s 2007 Honda Accord would not turn. We pulled out the old assembly, we got quotes from 3 auto parts stores…$390, $465, and $585! Plus we would need to order with a 2 day time frame. (We did this on a Saturday). I found this on Amazon, it was delivered in 2 days. All I wanted was the metal part. I swapped out the electronics from the key end and installed the new assembly in the car. I dug the chip out of her old key and put it in one of the new keys and she is good to go! The dealer would have charged almost $800, plus we would to have the car towed there because we could not unlock the steering wheel. So a few hours of my time, and about $60 later she is back on the road.

Installed it on my girlfriend’s 2004 Honda Accord. Works perfectly fine. Needed it after the old ignition lock was stripped.

Thank you it works great

The item arrived on time, with no delays, and the package contained everything that was described in the order. Installation was simple, quick, and easy, with no issues. I would have given it five stars, but I had to figure out on my own that the vehicle’s old ignition chip sensor wouldn’t allow it to start without the old key’s chip being near the sensor. Aside from that, I highly recommend it.
