This set worked great! I replaced the ignition coil connectors on a 2007 Passat 2.0T and this is the correct part – just like OEM. I successfully removed the wire pins from the old connectors using the tool, so no soldering or splicing wires was necessary. You really don’t want to do that anyway for this job. It’s very important that you make sure to check the part number on your old connector before purchasing. Mine was 4B0973724 and that’s what I received. Other VW models use different connectors with different part numbers, but look the same. The connectors are exposed to extreme heat, which over time causes them to become brittle and break resulting in misfires. This set of four and the tool cost me less than one connector would have from the dealer! So this is well worth the price. Buy with confidence. Check the part number.

I don’t usually review items, it this one made me want to share with all VW/Audi owners. For the price, it’s totally worth it. Thankfully, Everything went super smooth for me. The tool made the pin removal super easy and the pins went into the plug no issues. I was done in 30 minutes replacing one plug, but I was taking pictures. I say 15 minutes max if I were to replace one again.
For the durability, only time will tell. They appears to be the same materials as the stock ones. Obviously these are manufactured somewhere different than Germany. But for the price, can’t go wrong.

Excellent product, was as described and came on time. I paid a quarter of the price from what the dealer wanted.

They fit correctly and tool they enclosed was correct. It was a somewhat easy job. Watch a video and take your time and it’s not hard…

Not as heavy duty as the original (-1 star), but does the trick for a LOT less than the factory replacement for my Audi A4- good value. Bonus, the disconnect tool was surprisingly good and beat the ones in the I already owned hands down. Months later, still no issues. Do recommend.

fit 2003 AWM Passat. Easy install, didn’t need tool as connector shell shattered with slight pressure. Pins seat with definite click. Completed connector seats with coil pack with definite snap. Looks like excellent quality.

Got this for my 2015 VW Touareg to replace OEM broken connectors. First of all, it’s easy to do, so don’t be afraid to replace the connectors. This product is garbage. I put these two connectors on 1 cylinder that works fine and 1 on a cylinder with misfire. I started the car and it started shaking. Got flashing check engine light for a) misfire in. Both cylinders (where I replace the connectors) and b) ignition coil circuit something something. Took this garage off my car and put the OEM broken connectors back in and problem solved. And second reason, the lock pink/purple tab when insert back in, barely fits and you’re most likely to brake it. But pins are not secured anymore with this connector so don’t waste you time

Pretty good quality. The tool is good quality as well, way better than those key sets.
They fit good enough and clipped in all around.
Way cheaper than OEM.
