This set of coils screw right on and dont hit the cylinder heads. the otherinals that hit the heads these dont fit like original equipment!

These coils are not direct replacement coils for v twin intek engine. They are larger than original equipment. You can see by picture that they hit the head on left bank, when trying to install. I ordered these and it took me calling Amazon the day before they were to be delivered to find out why they had not been shipped. They had to expedite the shipping so would receive them. After getting them when installing you can see by pictures that they did not fit. I was in need of these so I modified the head to allow coils to fit. I should not have to modify anything as they were advertised as direct replacement parts. If you want exact replacement get the OEM coils.
